Hank Cohn
CEO of CloudPoint

Hank Cohn is a seasoned operator and business builder with a proven track record of rebuilding, scaling, and exiting companies across healthcare, technology, and behavioral health. He specializes in driving operational turnarounds, structuring strategic growth, and preparing companies for successful exits.

Hank is currently a founding partner of Harmony Road Recovery, a behavioral health platform focused on delivering quality treatment services through strategic partnerships, operational expertise, and scalable infrastructure. Harmony Road Recovery supports operators by providing financing, programming, and billing services, enabling them to focus on clinical excellence and local leadership.

Previously, Hank founded New Hope Ranch, a Texas-based residential treatment center for substance abuse. He successfully scaled the business and sold it in 2020 to Discovery Behavioral Health, a national leader in behavioral healthcare.

Hank is also managing partner at P1 Billing, LLC, a revenue cycle management firm serving ambulatory medical clinics. P1 Billing was spun out of PracticeOne Inc., a provider of integrated practice management and EMR solutions. Formerly known as PracticeXpert, Inc., a publicly traded company, Hank led the take-private transaction in 2007 and served as President and CEO until its acquisition by a global tech-focused private equity firm in 2010.

In addition, Hank is a principal at WTI Outsourcing, LLC, a business process outsourcing company focused on healthcare services. Earlier in his career, he worked with New York-based PIPE investment groups as a restructuring and turnaround specialist for distressed public companies.

He also served as Vice President at Galaxy Ventures, LLC, an investment fund specializing in bond trading and early-stage technology, where he managed portfolio investments.
